Private Yoga &/or Pilates

One-to-one yoga, much like personal fitness training, is tailored to your specific needs. These 60 or 90 minute sessions allow you to work privately with a yoga teacher (select your favourite one or else we can help you choose), to create a practice that makes sense for your body and your level of expertise.

Whilst all yoga supports you physically, emotionally, and spiritually, one-to-one yoga lets you work on specifics as an individual at a pace that is suitable. There are several reasons why you should add private sessions to your weekly practice. The sessions will be beneficial if:

  • You are a beginner and would like to get started in yoga and/or pilates without being overwhelmed or intimidated
  • You would like to reach the next level in your practice or work more deeply
  • You have injuries (back, knee, shoulder) or health concerns (women's issues, stress, arthritis, chronic headaches, insomnia)
  • You would like to target problem areas such as tight hips/hamstrings or weak knees
  • You would like to increase your mental focus in a particular sport or activity
  • You would like to work toward a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength
  • You would like to add yoga to your weight-loss or strength-training program
  • You would like to cross-train for marathons or triathlons
  • You would like to learn more about yourself , gaining awareness without judgment
 
   

Semi-private Yoga &/or Pilates

You can also sign up for semi-private sessions (for you and a friend) or invite a small group to join you. Not quite sure how to get started?
